Soft Ratings

Unify International’s Soft Rating Tools are for those clients that only want to measure on a periodical basis (i.e. monthly, quarterly, twice a year) using a scale of 1 – 5 in lieu of using the fact-based data driven measurements obtained by using Unify International’s Job Ready-Job Complete (JRJC) checklists.

Soft Ratings – Measure Scale Explanation:

Far Below Expectations: Causes significant adverse impacts Below Expectations: Sometimes performs to the standards expected of the particular size and scope of work Meets Expectations: Consistently performs to the standards expected of the particular size and scope of work Exceeds Expectations: Frequently performs better than the standards expected of the particular size and scope of work Far Exceeds Expectations: Almost always demonstrates leading practices and is one that sets the benchmark
